You must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and keep account credentials secure. You must not interfere with website security, place fraudulent orders, misuse support services, copy protected content without permission or use the website in a way that harms other users.

We aim to present accurate product titles, images, specifications, availability and prices. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly. Product availability can change before dispatch, and we may correct an obvious description or pricing error. If a material issue affects your order, we will contact you or cancel the affected item.

Prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise. Any applicable delivery or COD fee is shown before order submission. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; an automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance remains subject to verification, product availability, delivery coverage and lawful use. Eligible orders are paid by Cash on Delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by destination, courier capacity, public holidays, weather or events outside reasonable control. Contact support promptly if you need to request cancellation; cancellation may not be possible after dispatch. Returns, defective items and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UAE consumer rights.

The Mart99 UAE name, website layout, original text, graphics and other protected materials may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission. Product names and trademarks may belong to their respective owners.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law. To the extent permitted by law, Mart99 UAE is not responsible for indirect loss, misuse of a product, unauthorised account activity caused by failure to protect credentials, or interruptions outside reasonable control.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. We aim to resolve customer concerns fairly and promptly. Open a support ticket through My Account or email support@ae.mart99.pk. We may update these terms where our services or legal obligations change.
